5 Beauty Gurus on Youtube
December 05, 2013Have told you before that I learned makeup by my own without taking any formal courses. If I should say one teacher that has taught me makeup the most, it is Youtube. Yeah, thanks to the technology!
There are thousands of people who dedicate their youtube channels to provide beauty tips, makeup tutorials, products/cosmetics reviews and other beauty related videos. They come from various countries around the world with their own uniqueness and makeup styles. From tons of those beauty gurus, I have 5 recommended ones that I always like watching their videos.
MICHELLE PHAN
I guess almost all girls addicted with beauty know who she is. An american vietnamese girl who is sooooo inspiring! Totally in love with her! Her face is asian with beautiful big lips and eyes (with eyelids). She likes trying out makeups for anime and costumes. So, if you have similar features to her you can just check her channel on the link below.

FROM HEAD TO TOE
A korean american tiny girl who mostly makes makeup tutorials and product reviews. A well recommended guru if you have monolid eyes. She does not upload makeup tutorial videos recently which is a bit disappointment for me but you can still check her late posts.

LAUREN CURTIS
My favourite Aussie beauty guru with very cool makeup skills. She is #1 beauty Youtuber in Australia. I love watching her videos just to know about new best cosmetics but I can't really follow her makeup steps as we have different facial features. I am so asian and her face is so western (if that makes sense).

SO YOUNG'S BEAUTY ROOM
I am a huge fan of korean makeup and she is one of my favourite beauty channel. She is an ordinary Korean living in LA. Her products are mostly korean cosmetics which is awesome for me! I personally think that Korean cosmetics are much cheaper than western brands (MAC, Make Up For Ever, etc.) but their quality is just equal. She also does several K-Pop makeup tutorials.

ITSJUDYTIME
Girls, check her channel to know how good and bad a product is! Her First Impression videos are so awesome! I always check her video before ending up buying a product.

Those five lists are just my personal opinion. Sometimes, it is not because you have BAD skills of makeup but it is because you choose and follow the WRONG makeup roles. Every makeup look does differently on every face. So, it would be better if you know what your facial features are and look the right beauty gurus.
